Describe the issue

In ATS-1-Return to Westmere, the tuning slider for Power Plant West-B does not permit to slide to the E4 value. Only E3 and E5 are displayed. One must use the arrows to click to E4. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature ;-) designed to frustrate noobs like me.

This is more of a limitation of Wesnoth's UI system than anything. The arrows are provided with the intention that you can use them to select the correct number after dragging the slider to the closest one you can.
