Problem when solvating with lipid option

Hi,

My labmate and I are experiencing a problem with the lipid option. It gets stuck in "Info) Finished with coordinate file ./drugui_output/intermediate.pdb." (see attached screencap). Any tips on resolving this? Thank you!
