api-extractor package rename namespace with suffix

api-extractor rename namespace with suffix when d.ts file had namespace conflict with global namespace.
this is api-extractor bug

solutions:

1. waitting the @microsoft/api-extractor pr to fix.
2. use RegExp to replace namespace with suffix.

currently we take solution 1.
