The problem occurs when searching for a comment with probe "+stem" --no-merge" - only the comment itself is shown in the results, but the user expects to see the full function and the complete comment block.

Here's what's happening:

1. When a comment is matched in a search, the system tries to find a "context node" for that comment, which is typically the code block that the comment is documenting (like a function, struct, etc.).

2. The find_comment_context_node function in src/language/parser.rs is responsible for finding this context, using several strategies:

   • First, it looks for the next non-comment sibling (most common for doc comments)
   • If that fails, it tries the previous sibling (for trailing comments)
   • If that fails, it checks the parent chain
   • Finally, it looks for any immediate next node

3. When the --no-merge flag is used, the block merging step is skipped in perform_probe function:

To fix this issue, the code should ensure that when a comment is matched, it should fetch the full comment and its associated code block, even when the --no-merge flag is used. This would require modifying the parse_file_for_code_blocks function to always merge comments with their context nodes, regardless of whether block merging is enabled or not.

A test case could be created to verify this behavior by:

1. Creating a temporary Rust file with a comment containing "stem" and a function
2. Running the probe command with the +stem query and the --no-merge flag
3. Checking if the full function is included in the results
