Scope of littleshoot dependency

Hello !

Today, I have noticed a new dependency in the classpath of the project I'm working on : `org.littleshoot:littleproxy`

As I wonder why the code need it to work and which dependencies was brigging this into the runtime classpath, I notice that you use it only for a testing purpose.

Please, could you update the scope of this dependency to test ?
