Evaluate using Universal Module Definition format

Instead of separate packaging pipelines for AMD and CommonJS, if we were to produce UMD we might have less complexity in both Spaghetti core and in using Spaghetti.

I remember looking at this a while ago, but it was not really in a usable state. Would be nice if it was now.

Also, what would really open up Spaghetti to general use is if we could package things as NPM. Might be worth looking into at the same time as this.
