Python 3

It's probably because I'm here at pycon, but would you be against changing to use python3 only for ployst?

Libraries that aren't currently python3 compatible:

• GitPython (gitdb fails - very little hope that this will be fixed as there doesn't seem to be any dev work going on in this space. Perhaps we will need to move to https://pypi.python.org/pypi/dulwich/0.9.5)
• celery (kombu fails)
• django-compressor (looks like it has been fixed in develop branch)
• pdbpp

Additionally, I also had issues with Fabric, but these didn't seem to be python syntax related.

I spoke to the django compressor guys on irc and mat said that using the latest develop would be a help to them in terms of having someone verify it works with python3 in real life.
