Pipeline Testing of the fullrefactor Branch #4
Description
The full refactor branch is operational. The goal is to test the instructions in the README.md and update it. So as you make changes feel free to push into the fullrefactor branch. I am also making a directory for python notebooks so we can show a demonstration of running a pipeline to completion and resuming it and such.
