Hi! I would like to test this pipeline on at one of my dataset!

Thanks @marie-lougm . So I would like you to try the refactor branch of the pipeline. I have tested it on a small test measurement set but it would be better if you can try it on your regular data.

Here is what I am looking for
[ ] - Check how easy it is to install and run it. Comments and suggestions welcome.
[ ] - Next run the pipeline from command line with --enable-polarization turned on
[ ] - Confirm that the primary calibrator polarization is what you expect.

I will iterate with you and get this into final shape in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your help and feedback

To run your pipeline

git clone --branch refactor https://github.com/preshanth/evla_scripted_pipeline.git

cd evla_scripted_pipeline

#inside you python environment.(3.10 or higher)
pip install -e .

python -m evla_pipe.continuum --enable-polarization your_asdm_dataset.

Please note that the weblog is in a transient state. I would like to know if it worked and was usable. Once again thanks for your help.

I installed it correctly but I think it canot find CASA :

Hey @marie-lougm - I believe if you run mkdir -p ~/.casa/data and re-run your script, it should work.

It will then automatically download some ~ 600 - 700 MB of data to that directory, so if you need to place it in a different location you can see how to do so here : https://casadocs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/notebooks/external-data.html
