Internationalization support

It would be nice if PraxisLIVE supported internationalization feature. I know it's almost meaningless for actual functions. PraxisLIVE works well without it and no problems at all. But anything with my native language is more preferable for me.

I'm using NetBeans and Processing in my lang(ja) for several years. So I want to say thank you for your NB release management!

Thanks! I'm not sure where things are with internationalization in Apache NetBeans at the moment. Most of the UI should work with that if we can get it enabled, although some additional work is needed to internationalize PraxisLIVE specific actions, etc.
