I originally followed the directions in the Powerapps Blog [https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/custom-api-for-image-upload/](url) and shortly after found substantial changes had been made to the code, making the installation difficult to accomplish.  Please update the Blog, or provide a new "how to".
