[Q] How do I not open Chrome if it is not already open?

chrome-cli info opens Chrome when Chrome is not open. I want it to just return an error.

Until a fix is in place you might be better off counting the number of windows chrome-cli list windows | wc -l and only running chrome-cli info when that value is greater than 0.
