[Dependencies] Update ajv package version to address CVE vulnerabilities

• ajv 8.17.1 is vulnerable to ReDoS. Request is to update to at least 8.18.0. Also it would be better to use carets (^) to support floating dependencies.

• Tried fixing using npm audit fix but since it is pin pointed to a specific version it wouldn't fix the issue.
