No logging on Samsung stock ROM (Galaxy S5 Neo SM-G903F, Android 6.0.1, rooted, SE for Android enforcing)

Is there any idea of how to make network log work within the above mentioned environment?

Workaround advice on Google Play ('You can disable SELinux enforcing by executing 'setenforce 0' in a root shell.') does not work.

What needs to be done, and how could I contribute to help solving this issue?
