Help Wanted: Error creating new pipe.

I'll start off by saying my setup is not as you prescribe. So this is my own fault.

Trudy runs on a WSL (debian). If I configure the windows global proxy server to 'localhost:6666' traffic does reach trudy. But all I get is:

[DEBUG] Getsockopt failed.
[ERR] Error creating new pipe.
```
Any insight on what this error means?
