Easier deployment

A couple of possible improvements to usability:

• I think Trudy should have its only vagrant machine. MITM-VM is nice but its probably a pain people to wrangle multiple projects to accomplish one task.
• Automatically generate route scripts for vagrant?
• Scripts that automate common proxy configurations (e.g. Internet Sharing on OSX, pf rules for OS X, iptables rules for the host).
