More support for other proxying methods.

Trudy should support other methods of proxying instead of iptables mangling. Other possible suggestions:

• Non-transparent SOCKS proxying.
• DNS poisoning-based proxying. This would only work for one hostname or would require layer 7 support for determining original destinations.
