When modal closes, the scroll position changes. #515

Describe the bug
Upon closing a modal, specifically when you're already scrolled all the way to the top, the screen instantly shifts to a specific scroll distance from the top.
Expected behavior
I would expect no scroll to happen.

- Browser version: The latest Safari and Chrome, but not the latest Firefox
