bug: resume form show different values when resizing viewport size

Description

When the size of the viewport is changed and make the resume edit view changed from tabbed view to flat view (or vice versa), the two forms may have different values.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a resume form page (in a big screen, with form on the left and PDF viewer on the right)
2. Type in some info in the form, for example, type a name in basics.name
3. Resize the browser viewport size, shrink it and make sure that the form and PDF viewer are showing in a tabbed view.

Actual Behavior

The form in big screen and small screen has different values:

Expected Behavior

Both forms in flat view and tabbed view should have the same values under different viewport sizes.
