No module named 'gap'

Dear authors,

I run your codes to generate basenji images and then compute MLE estimates. When I run 'main.py', there will be an error, No module names 'gsp'. Could you please help fix this issue?

Unless you want to compute the shortest path MLE, you can get around this by simply commenting out from .shortest_path import shortest_path in line 4 of estimators/__init__.py.
