Description
Escalation is needed to carry out certain actions (i.e. optional av kill, some services, etc).
The SysInternals Suite uses a highly restrictive and nonfree software license, which precludes redistribution here. While it can be pulled at runtime, it would be inaccessible in situations where the machine has no internet connectivity, so an alternative is needed.
