Changes to search form

Modify search behaviour in `content-search.php`:

- Add a large search text field pre-populated with search terms from searches started in the overall layout (top right search box) and a search button to the page.
- Remove the search term from the overall page layout after submitting a search (so as to re-show Join/Donate buttons)
