[FEATURE] Show Hotspot IP in addition to WIFI IP

Version: 90f9c2d (current master)
Android: 12 (Samsung Galaxy S10+, OneUI 4.1)

Expected Behaviour:
All available IPs are shown and bound to (Wifi, Wifi Hotspot, USB, Ethernet).

Observed Behaviour:
Only WIFI is used. Hotspot IP seems to get ignored entirely and if no other IP is available it says "Failed to start the FTP Server, unable to get IP address" despite being in fact active and working fine on the Hotspot IP.
