Not able to install via pip

I am trying to install pyJouls via pip. But I get the following error:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pyJouls (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pyJouls

What is your python version ?
PyJoules need python >= 3.7
