Occasional rounding errors in image dimensions #8
Description
Sometimes imthumb does not display the image at the exact dimensions requested.
See here for an example: http://www.cerulean.co.nz/imthumb/imthumb.php?src=test.jpg&w=460
The image is rendered at 459px wide. It's only one pixel out, but depending on how the image is used this could cause undesirable side-effects.
