"Render and Deploy" static Quarto documents

If you're deploying a static Quarto website, the publisher extensions forces you to render and deploy separately

It'd be useful to be able to trigger Render & Deploy at the same time.

Another place where some user help could be provided is in the "Render complete" toast

This message could include a button to trigger the deploy.
