Posit Publisher Extension Connection Refused (ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:35583) for Specific User on AWS Server

We connected the AWS server to VS Code using Remote Explorer and installed the Posit Publisher extension. However, while publishing content to Posit Connect, one user encountered the error: **"connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:35583".**

To troubleshoot, I tested with another user account and confirmed the following steps work successfully:

Logged into the head node via VS Code using the tstuser account.

Installed the Posit Publisher extension directly on the head node.

Tested the connection to Posit Connect, and publishing worked without any issues.

posit connect version: 1.22.0
We have verified that the firewall and network configurations are working correctly.
