Ongoing rewrite

This is the tracking issue for the ongoing rewrite of telegram-types.

Motivation

• InputFiles support
  Before 1.0 InputFile support was broken due to issues with the HasClient implementation.
• Improve compilation memory usage
  By avoiding GHC.Generics whenever possible
• Improve maintainability
