Utility Library?

There may be some benefits in moving some of our "utility methods" (that are used in our Installation_Test and DatabaseIO) into a proper class:

• Reduce code size in both programs,
• Insure that exactly the same methods are used in both programs,
• Facilitate future re-use (typically, of the "login method").

Not completely sure it's worth the effort, but I thought that documenting this thought would be useful.
