[Feature Request] Allow lock to not be inherited from dispenser to block placed by dispenser

in lwc when a locked dispenser placed a chest that chest wont be by locked by lwc.

However in blot when a locked dispenser placed a chest, that chest will be locked by blot and that lock is inherited from the dispenser.

this behaveior different caused soem redstore mechive to be broken in soem use case i hope there are a way to disallow blot inheriting lock from dispenser.
