View downloads in Tubulae

Feature description

I'd like to download videos and being able to play them in the Tubular app, with sponsorblock features.

Why do you want this feature?

I'd like this features in order to watch videos without connection and still benefit of Tubular features.

Why ist the feature relevant to this fork?

The features is relevant because it gives Tubular the possibility to be different from NewPipe or other forks

If I hold-down on a video currently in Tubular, and choose "Download" there is no option to say
[X] Don't include SponsorBlock skipped parts

The downloaded video is always the full video , including parts that would get skipped when streamed in the app.

And there is no-way to play downloaded videos in the Tubular app itself: when you tap on them, it asks which external
app on your phone you wish to play the video back in.

So... either I'm missing something, or maybe you thought they meant playing the videos within the app, not offline?
