Steps to reproduce the bug

installed on android box 12 version.

while playing video, it plays 3-5 minutes then gives error "An error has occured" video stop playing. secondly if we down scale resolution from 720p to 480p. video instantly stops playing giving same error.

video should keep playing

Zoom or full screen doesn't work on big screen like tv or android tv box.. only mobile it works

I tried Changing the settings mentioned in the issue and no change
(Also I can't get the logs rn bcs the notification for some reason only shows up in Niagra launcher notification resume)

Does the same issue occur in the latest NewPipe version also, or only in Tubular?

From what I tried, looks like it's fixed now, even by restoring the default configuration the video plays normally no problems (0.28.2)

And on the latest release of newpipe the issue is still present (0.28.3)

@sun1423 : is this still an issue for you as of the latest 0.28.4 release of Tubular?

The APK on here (if you install manually) and the F-Droid release (if you use that alternate store) are both the latest version as of now, so whichever way you prefer to install Tubular, please update and see if this is still an issue. If not, you can close this ticket 👍🏻
