image does not show

Hi Brian,

After updating the pyviz_med to the latest version, some images that could show before cannot show.

For example: /pghbio/dbmi/batmanlab/yuke/PythonProject/R3Pipeline/R3/20_Batmanghelich/10/Patient_0111608488/Study_CT_CHEST_WITHOUT_CONTRAST_43975562/Series_402_Reformatted/RAW/Series_402_Reformatted.nii.gz

Those are bad-quality images whose orientations are wrong. That being said it is not a critical issue, but it would be nice to demo cases with bad quality.

Likely due to weird combination images (like MR alignment images) that have bad or unusable orientation information. I will add an additional kwarg to 'view' that ignores spacing information.
