Missing and inconsistent information regarding Treasury proposal's Proposer & Beneficiary

Hello team,

Just letting you know that there is missing and inconsistent information regarding Treasury proposals when linked to on-chain data of OpenGov Referenda.

I have included some screenshots below referencing an example with Treasury proposal 403 <-> OpenGov Referendum 123 where the actual proposer is OTAR, and the actual beneficiary is PARADOX.
