Vesting Schedules Feature on Accounts

Currently in the account breakdown it shows "Balance, Transferable, Locked". It would be amazing to get live insights on vesting schedules that update the available balance to vest per block. This is probably the last feature that would have me completely move over from PJS apps to Papi Dev console.

I am more than happy to implement this as well.

We have this functionality in the -now abandoned- accounts dApp that we never published... We should probably bring the vesting features into an SDK and then use it in the console, for sure!
