Version 1.2.3 not compatible with AspNet.WebApi 5.24 and others #2
Description
When attempting to update to the latest CSOM and AspNet.WebApi versions, I get dependency constraints from SharePointPnPCoreOnline and SharePointPnP.IdentityModel.Extensions, The constraints claim to accept versions >= 5.2.3 but NuGet balks at 5.2.4
