Pass delegated task with blackboard contract to subagents

The code constructs delegated_task (including the shared blackboard contract) but then calls the adapter with task, so the injected contract is never actually sent to subagents. This breaks the documented contract-injection behavior whenever blackboard_contract is configured, and delegated agents may miss required schema/operation constraints for shared-state updates.
