Does not work on Windows 11

Tried two cases:

1. had 3 instances of Chrome as well as Amazon Alexa app positioned; clicked save layout; closed all the apps; clicked restored; it looked like some app windows flickered, then nothing, tried again; same thing; flickered then nothing.

2. Then I thought that maybe the app works with only open apps, so if you saved a layout, then repositioned all windows then clicked restore, it would move them; same thing did not do anything.

I'm running the latest Windows 11 64x on a Lenovo Thinkpad.

Also, windows 11, seems to restore outlook and chrome, but not excel windows. using admin shortcut
