JEDM: Spaces and plus signs in image filenames could be automatically fixed

Currently there is a high-severity warning generated because these characters cause 404 on OJS (also might there be other such characters?). It should be easy enough to rename the files, though, as is already done for some other cases with upper/lowercase IIRC.
