Manage Mongo transactions: consistency beetwen RS and index during crash. #160
Description
When there is crash between Inserting record to RecordStore and entry to Index dataset becomes inconsistent. "Change" class should be modified to be persistent. On Recovery Unit "Commit" step all changes should be tracked. On database startup all Changes should be verified if they were executed. requires merging RS and index into one pool.
