license of data files shipping in "test" folder? #36

Hello,
I understand you derived the test/transcriptome.*.gz files from Ensembl. Could you please extend the test/README.md on how exactly these files were generated/copied from and point to https://www.ensembl.org/info/about/legal/index.html ? And may I also ask that you confirm that there is nothing like "data and software included in the distribution may be subject to third-party constraints" (the caveat in the Ensembl license) in there, so users (redistributors) do not need to worry?
The files test/reads_[1,2].fasta.gz I understand to be yours and to be redistributed under the BSD-2 like the rest of it all. On a sidenote - should these files have contributed to a publication somewhere then this would be nice to know about.
