The following are excerpts from emails with colleagues giving feedback on PPP, and could yield potential UX improvements.
Some of this may have already been addressed by prior template updates.
Excerpt 1
We think that those Word format is already well, but if it’s possible to remove the ODK codes in the right column by keeping only the filters it will be better. And then, you can create a column for the number of the questions (don't merge them with the questions) and to finish you can adjust all the table.

To complete what was underlined (in excerpt 1), I think it will be good to have the forms in 2 versions each time.
A first version that will serve as the official version of the questionnaire with include some indices for relevant expressions but without ODK codes, exactly as explained (in excerpt 1).
A second version which would be more advanced (mainly used by data managers) and which would contain (if possible): (1) the ODK codes for the relevance; (2) the variables names (name in ODK) for each question (this could be just below the question label); (3) the names of the choices options that are in ODK (column name).
