Remove importBootstrap options

This addon depends on boostrap but in my opinion it should not import the bootstrap assets itself, this should be done in the application.

Remove this options:

• importBootstrapCSS
• importBootstrapJS
• importBootstrapTheme
• importFontAwesome

👍 IMO when you have already bootstrap installed, there is no need to do it again. See #41
