User Story
As a coach, I want to create individual athlete profiles that include their contact information, emergency details, and any medical notes, so I have easy access to important athlete data.
AC
- Given I am logged in as a coach.
When I navigate to the "Athletes" section and select an athlete.
Then I should see a profile page for that athlete, including contact information, emergency details, and any medical notes (if provided).
