Description
Hello, thanks for providing a very useful tool. I want to ask a question about how to interpret my results. As, I ran the pipeline and got some outputs from the tool. Like "consist of 30096 reads, considered as a mixture of 312 possible genomes.
Crude contamination upper bound: 2172 out of 30096 reads (7.2%) match another
genome better than the consensus (error rate is 0.0136).
quantiles from n = 49792 samples (after discarding burnin of 208)
2.5% 97.5%
0.9406846 0.9612551
MAP authentic: 0.9525944
Potential scale reduction factors:
Point est. Upper C.I.
[1,] 1 1.02
" What does those results mean? Does the contamination is 7.2%? What's the meaning of "MAP authentic: 0.9525944 "? Hope can get your responses. Thank you!
