Consider moving the contents of this repository to the icqsol repository

The single script in this repository does not justify a separate repository, and should be moved to the icqsol repository at https://github.com/pletzer/icqsol.

I added pytriangle to be a dependency of icqsol. This means that when you
do "pip install icqsol", pytriangle will also be downloaded and installed.
So no need for a pytriangle recipe in other words.

We cannot use pip install in our recipes for installation for these packages into Galaxy from a Tool Shed. Each separate package creates a more complex installation recipe which must be maintained. I'm not seeing why the single script in this repository justifies a separate repository. Will it eventually evolve into something that justifies it?
