Restrict access and functions to non-representative users:

Currently non-representative users see all the working group details and functions. For privacy reasons this should only be shown to the groups' representative:

• Only show the user request to the groups representative but not to all members of the group for privacy reasons
• Do not show the “Delete working group button” to non-representatives
• Hide the user UUID in the join requests for privacy policy reasons

Are you sure? I can not reproduce the first two points. This would make this issue a bug then because it is already considered in the code.

I agree with the UUID though
