Travel planner: values and writing

• CO2 budget still has an unreasonable value (we already computed the right value)
• In the drop down menu for fuel types (car), upper- and lowercase writing (and underscores :D) are mixed → should be unified
• By default, average values should be the input and already written in the fields → users can then change it to a higher level of detail
