Hello, I have activated your theme, but it is not working correctly.
I have version 1.4.4beta4 (french)
PHP 7.3 (debian 10)

when sending an sms the fields do not work.

impossible to enter a phone number or to put a template message. the form does not work.

if I switch to another theme by default everything works correctly
