two PT Keyboard Manager functions

Hello,

I'm looking for PowerToys Keyboard Manager replacement, as it stops working almost daily and need to restart PT to get it working again. HotkeyP is looking quite good from what I see, but I can't figure out these two things:

• can I disable some/all shortcuts while any app is in fullscreen,
• can I assign shortcut to work only with specific app or exclude it for specific app?

Thank you for response, is full screen thing taken into consideration in a future releases? Where can I see an example of how to configure latter option? Couldn't find any documentation about it.
